The Lanarc team is part of a multidisciplinary team advancing the detailed design for Phase 1 of Terminal Avenue between Esplanade and Commercial Street.

This collaborative is working through the complexities of combining the needs of traffic movement with an enhanced public realm, along with the changing landscape of the area, including the future downtown transit exchange and re-envisioned Jean Burns site. The final design will incorporate updated materials and furnishings identified through the Design Commercial process and initiative the implementation of a reimagined Downtown.

Tender and construction related services are anticipated as a future scope of work.
